Elmvale is the small-town stop on the route — somewhere between Barrie and the bay, surrounded by farmland that feeds half of Simcoe County. Brian is here twice a week with fresh produce that started its day at the Ontario Food Terminal and Barrie Hill Farms.

Where the apps don't really come.
Elmvale is the kind of place where the grocery delivery apps don't really come, and when they do, they treat you like an order ID. I don't. The Elmvale stop feels like the neighbours I grew up driving past — which, more often than not, is exactly what they are.
The route through Springwater Township winds out to the concession roads that surround Elmvale and the orchard country up toward Wyevale. If you're outside the village proper, just let me know on your first call — I'll figure out where the truck can pull in and where to leave the bag if you're not home.
